...PET POLICY.....It is that time of year again when we have to remind all pet owners that YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS....There are more and more dogs in the area and complaints have already started that not everyone is picking up after their pets. The Pet Policy is included on this web site for everyone to read. Please remember that if you have company that beings their pets, it is up to you as an owner to advise them of the rules. We appreciate your cooperation concerning this issue. Don't forget, all dogs must be registered. Contact Hunt at the Sales Center. Remember....All dogs must be on a leash when they are off of your property. They must be under your control at all times...

RIVER RUN HOA GOLF CART POLICY
In recent months there have been several complaints about children operating golf carts on the streets in a manner that
presented a danger to themselves, pedestrians, or property. As a result,
the HOA Board has given due consideration to corrective action and adopted
the following policy. Effective immediately, all drivers of motorized vehicles, whether gas or electric, on the streets within the River Run Community must have a
valid driver’s license. If a person cannot legally drive on other streets in
Worcester County, they cannot drive on River Run’s streets. The golf
cart owner will be liable for any injury or damage caused by his/her cart.
The golf course is private property and has its own set of rules governing age requirements to operate a golf cart. Please check with the course management before operating a golf cart on the golf course.
